All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices, descriptions, or availability of any product at any time without prior notice.
Placing an order is an offer to buy, which we may accept or decline at our discretion — for example, if an item turns out to be out of stock or a pricing error is found. We accept payment via credit/debit card, UPI, and Cash on Delivery, where available. A Cash on Delivery order carries a small handling fee, shown at checkout before you confirm.
We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery typically takes 3–6 business days; Express delivery takes 1–2 business days, at an additional cost. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, such as courier delays or local disruptions.
Unused items in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, or exchanged for a different colour or size, subject to stock. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the returned item. Items marked as final sale, if any, are not eligible for return.
All content on this site — including our logo, product photography, and written copy — belongs to Sappso Home and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content commercially without our written permission.
When using our site, you agree not to misuse it — including attempting to interfere with its normal operation, submitting false or fraudulent orders, or using the site for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for anyone who violates these terms.
