Machine wash cold with like colours and tumble dry on low. Skip the fabric softener — it coats the cotton fibres and reduces absorbency over time.

This is completely normal for new, dense-pile cotton towels. It settles within the first 2–3 washes — we recommend washing separately from lighter fabrics until then.
